The Team

 Dr. Shahed  Khalefih  , MD, is the newest member of the Bloomfield Health team, joining our practice on August 17, 2026. She brings a comprehensive approach to patient care, with a strong commitment to evidence-based medicine, preventive health, and building lasting relationships with patients and families.  Dr.  Khalefih  earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in 2023. She subsequently completed her residency training at Henry Ford Providence Hospital, where she developed broad clinical experience caring for patients across a wide range of medical needs.

Her clinical interests include preventive and primary care, pediatrics and adolescent medicine, chronic disease management, and women’s health. Dr.  Khalefih  believes in taking the time to understand each patient as an individual and works collaboratively with patients and families to develop personalized, evidence-based care plans.

With her broad training and dedication to comprehensive care, Dr.  Khalefih is well prepared to care for patients throughout different stages of life. Her approach emphasizes prevention, early intervention, continuity of care, and helping patients achieve and maintain optimal health.

 Dr. Kallabat attended Brother Rice High School (1985-1989) and went on to obtain his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Wayne State University. He received his Medical Degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1997. Dr. Kallabat completed a residency in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics from William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak in 2001. He has been in private practice from 2001- present where he enjoys treating patients with a variety of medical conditions.  He is on staff at Corewell Royal Oak.  Board Certifications:  American Board of Internal Medicine,  American Board of Pediatrics   

 Dr. Paredes joined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics of Bloomfield, PC in 2012.  He was born and raised in Metro Detroit, he attended Cabrini High School in Allen Park, MI and went on to obtain his Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees from Wayne State University, he attended Saba University School of Medicine and completed a residency in Family Medicine at Beaumont Grosse Pointe.  He is on staff at Corewell Royal Oak. Board Certifications:  American Board of Family Medicine 

 Dr. Andy Alnajjar earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2021. Dr. Andy Alnajjar completed his residency in family medicine at McLaren Oakland Hospital in Pontiac where he gained experience treating patients with a wide variety of medical conditions. He is on staff at Corewell Royal Oak. He provides care for a variety of illnesses and injuries, preventive health screenings, routine check-ups, vaccinations, and detailed consultations. Dr. Alnajjar believes in a holistic approach and provides multifaceted care to improve a patient's quality of life.  Board Certifications:
